IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ:  
Effective July 1, 2011, North Carolina banned all electronic items from landfills.  Due to this ban, no electronic items may be placed in any trash receptacle on park property or left on the park grounds.  Please carry all unwanted electronic items with you.  The club will be charged for the disposal of any computers, computer monitors or televisions left behind at the hamfest site.  So please help us keep our costs down by carrying any unwanted items back with you.  Again
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ELECTRONICS IN ANY TRASH RECEPTACLES OR LEAVE THEM ON THE PARK GROUNDS!!!!

VE TESTING INFORMATION

VE Exams:

  • Tests will be given Tuesday - Thursday (August 31 thru September 2, 2010) at 4PM on-site.  See hamfest official or Norm Harrill for information.

  • Will be given at 2:00 PM on Saturday September 4, 2010 - Exams will be given off-site at the Masonic Lodge in Dallas (directions / address will be updated as soon as information is passed along to the webmaster)

  • The address for the Masonic Lodge is 212 S. College St., Dallas, NC

  • Transportation to and from the Masonic Lodge will be provided by shuttle bus.

VOLUNTEER EXAMS BY WCARS/VEC:  No Pre-Registration – Walk-Ins Only
Applicants must bring original license and photo-copy of present license and any CSCE’s along with a photo ID, to the exam session.  Make checks payable to WCARS/VEC for $10.00.
